• Academic Year: at least 12 hours per week.
• Summer: 40 hours per week.
• Scheduled hours between 6:30 am-10:00 pm Monday-Friday.

• Take food and beverage orders.
• Clearly and concisely communicate product knowledge and information to all customers.
• Operate cash register/POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain sanitation standards and portion control per supervisor instructions.
• Set up serving stations that include utensils, food, dishes, supplies, and condiments.
• Maintain beverage station dispensers and refill as necessary.
• Replenish condiments and serving utensils.
• Complete required reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Possibility of pushing and pulling carts weighing approximately 200 lbs.
