What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide after-hours mental health crisis services through telehealth system
- Consult and provide guidance to correctional staff and administrators on mental health needs
- Assure accurate information system mental health needs levels
- Provide clinical direction to non-clinical staff in mental health care
- Monitor inmate treatment and provide counseling and direction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possess a master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Current, valid registration as an Unlicensed Psychotherapist
- Experience providing mental health treatment in a correctional environment
- Ability to participate in 24-hour Mental Health On-Call Rotation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduation from a program accredited by relevant educational programs
- License eligible as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Work, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Psychologist
- Experience providing mental health treatment in a Colorado State correctional environment
