EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We have a really exciting permanent role available in our Asset Data Delivery Team.Our Asset Data Delivery Team is accountable for maintaining the Severn Trent’s Geographic Information System (GISST) for below ground assets. They process asset updates from approved internal and external stakeholders in accordance with established quality standards for data held in the GISST. This is why its key that you have an ability to not just build, but also maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
In role, you’ll communicate pro-actively with these stakeholders regarding programmes of work, this is to ensure high quality asset updates are received in a timely manner. You will validate all submitted information, The job is mostly office based however, if data is unsure you’ll put your PPE on and carry out a site survey.
Having a high attention to detail and having an ability to self check work is also a skill that’s key for this role as you’ll need to produce weekly reporting on stakeholder’s performance for capital schemes and share next steps. On that note its also really important that you have excellent verbal and written communication with presentation skills.
