Job Description:
Job Summary
The Customer Success Intern collaborates with the customer success and the account management team to work on various projects contributing to the customer experience. The intern will use their skills of problem solving, listening, and empathy to understand customer needs and help fill these needs
Responsibilities
▪ Listen to customers and understand their needs
▪ Analyze survey results, gather additional data, and use feedback to improve current processes to enhance the overall customer experience
▪ Utilize a customer first, people lead, and innovation driven strategy
▪ Keep detailed biweekly meeting notes and prioritize and escalate current topics
▪ Authorize supply chain shipments for customers
▪ Maintain accurate information of a division wide internal facing document Preferences
▪ Possess effective communication (written/verbal) skills
▪ Understand the importance of listening to the customers, being empathetic, and understanding the customer's needs
▪ Demonstrates problem solving skills
▪ Demonstrates project management skills
▪ Utilize knowledge to analyze and detect patterns and experiences
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
▪ Employer will not sponsor a visa for this or future positions
▪ Must be a rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate within the last 24 months
