  About Our Program	Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. For 10 weeks, interns will share in the unique culture & perks found at our Home Office in the historic Philadelphia Navy Yard, while developing the skills to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity. The URBN 2024 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/3 through 8/9 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.
  Overview	You are innovative, inventive, artistic & detail oriented The home print intern will not only have the opportunity to learn how a product is created from concept to completion, but also will contribute to the design team both technically and creatively across a wide assortment of home products.
  What Will You Be Doing?	Trend research Assisting with preparing technical files Designing product Creating innovative artwork and mocks Helping with organization and meeting preparation
  What You Will Bring!	Strong creative drive and an eye for current trends in home, fashion and art. Well versed in Creative Suite programs and comfortable painting or drawing across a wide variety of mediums. Organized, prepared, with good listening and communication skills. We are looking for a talented designer looking to learn more about being a creative artist making real product. This internship allows them to gain experience in product development, how designers work with other partners outside of design and the chance to contribute to the design team in trend research, artwork and all technical aspects.
