- Analyze and interpret business performance data in order to help inform strategies and tactics the fuel growth of our ecommerce business
- Develop and deliver regular recommendations to key business partners that help improve product + category performance and innovation pathways.
- Execute macro industry research objectives and hypotheses to address brand questions and needs.
- Demonstrate intense curiosity to learn the business, the consumer, the market, and apply innovation consumer methodologies to strengthen consumer insights.
- 3+ years experience in consumers insights/customer analytics
- Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics
- Proven ability to integrate data from multiple sources to provide clarity and direction
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to use data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with prior experience communicating with senior leaders
- Demonstrated success working in an integrated cross-functional team environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- A passion for digital growth, innovation, and all things customer
Title: Sr. Digital Strategy Analyst
Reports to: Assoc. Director, Digital Strategy
Overview
Urban Outfitters seeks an experienced digital strategy and analytics professional to support e-commerce, digital growth and customer experience initiatives. They will be a core member of the UO Digital Group, which includes Analytics, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and UX. The UO Digital group is responsible for managing the brand’s eCommerce businesses and fueling rapid digital growth.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, analytical, and customer-centric thinker with strong data analysis, data visualization, and presentation experience. This position reports to the Assoc. Director, Digital Strategy.
