About Our Program
Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. For 10 weeks, interns will share in the unique culture & perks found at our Home Office in the historic Philadelphia Navy Yard, while developing the skills to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. The URBN 2024 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/3 through 8/9 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.
Overview:
Solving challenges and identifying inefficiencies within our retail stores, auditing systems or processes, supporting project management team and store support
The Retail Technology Intern will work closely with retail development, support and project management teams auditing tools, identifying opportunities, and updating tools/processes that effect the day to day in our Retail locations. Focus on real life situations causing concerns across our retail locations around the world for URBN, Inc.
What Will You Be Doing?
• Partner with QA lead to produce effective software test plans and test cases
• Perform exploratory and regression testing during iterations
• Coordinate testing activities
• Identify, document, and track bugs
• Collaborate with QA and cross functional team members on all project related testing
• Participate in agile team practicesWhat You Will Bring!
• Experience at URBN retail store locations or other retailers
• Attention to detail and a passion for improving the customer and employee experiences in stores
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and methods

Summer Internship Program Application Process:
