About Our Program
Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. For 10 weeks, interns will share in the unique culture & perks found at our Home Office in the historic Philadelphia Navy Yard, while developing the skills to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity. The URBN 2024 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/3 through 8/9 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.
Overview:
You are innovative, detail oriented, a creative thinker, and a cross collaborator of ideas
Our Store Design intern will assist with the creation, organization, and day-to-day tasks needed to complete layout projects for all URBN Retail stores!
What Will You Be Doing?
· Working through Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Adobe Platforms
· Communicating & collaborating with all URBN brands and retail store teams
· Attend meetings with cross functional partners and bring innovative ideas to the table
· Assist Store Design team with multiple projects simultaneously
What You Will Bring!
· Excellent organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills
· Experience with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator highly preferred
· Ability to work well in a fast paced, teamwork-oriented environment through strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
· Experience in data management
· Pursuing a degree in Architecture/Interior Design preferred
