      Job Title: Industrial Electrician

      Job Description

      We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to troubleshoot and repair equipment using a variety of tools such as digital multi-meters and PCs, while effectively working with various PLCs. The role involves maintaining equipment through a preventative maintenance program and work order system, assisting in the installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems. This position also includes conducting building electrical work such as running conduit, pulling wires, and replacing light fixtures, all while adhering to OSHA and NFPA 70E guidelines.

      Responsibilities

      • Troubleshoot and repair equipment using digital multi-meter and PC to interface with various PLCs.
      • Maintain equipment through a preventative maintenance program and work order system.
      • Assist in installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
      • Conduct building electrical work such as running conduit, pulling wires, and replacing light fixtures.
      • Ensure all work is performed safely in accordance with OSHA and NFPA 70E guidelines.

      Essential Skills

      • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and blueprint reading.
      • Ability to read and interpret electrical prints.
      • Knowledge of PLCs with an understanding of ladder logic.
      • Basic computer skills and effective communication skills.
      • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial electrical environment.
      • Knowledge of VFD’s, AC motors, DC drives, and DC motors.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Minimum of 2 years of schooling in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation or completion of an Electrical Apprenticeship.
      • Master/Journeyman Card preferred.
      • Experience working with and troubleshooting motion control systems preferred.
      • Capable of designing and implementing small projects preferred.
      • Weekend availability.

      Work Environment

      The position is on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm. The work environment involves dealing with advanced technologies and equipment, requiring a strong understanding of electrical systems and components.

      The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $95680.00/yr.
