Certain locations (Dover, Middletown, Wilmington) will extend hours to midnight. A "Swingturnist" includes hours from 8 p.m. to midnight.
- A full time Swingturnist would receive an additional $15K a year, prorated for FTE. You would also be able to pick up any additional shifts at a premium rate.

Minimum of 1 year recent full time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
- Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
- Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required
- State licensure in DE and/or MD
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs, X-rays and seeing all ages.
