- Every Weekend (Eight shifts in a four-week block):
u00A0 - This position is salaried and would enjoy a bonus, Daily Volume Bonuses, Quarterly Bonus and would include ChristianaCare benefits, including retirement matching, CME, PTO.
u00A0 - Every weekend would be considered a .625 FTE. u00A0
u00A0 - You would be able to pick up additional shifts, if they are available at the per diem rate.
- Every Other Weekend (Four shifts in a four-week block):u00A0 u00A0
u00A0 - If you prefer every other weekend (or four shifts a month), you will be considered a per diem provider and will be paid an hourly per diem rate.u00A0u00A0u00A0 u00A0 u00A0 - Premium rates will apply.
- Hours will be Noon to Midnight, OR 8 a.m. to Midnight hours. u00A0

- Minimum of 1 year recent full time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred.
- Physicians must be board certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med/Peds
- State licensure in DE and/or MD
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs, X-rays and seeing all ages.
