- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Go, or Python
- Experience building and managing cloud-based ETL/ELT processes and pipelines
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or related role

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with containerized workloads and microservices architecture
- Experience with NoSQL and Relational database design
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement / Continuous Delivery (CICD) practices
- Background in software development life cycles and agile methodologies
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting capabilities
