      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate repeat Urology product orders for actively enrolled customers in the supply program
      - Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper use of medical supply equipment
      - Maintain departmental call volume by handling a minimum of 100 inbound and outbound calls daily
      - Meet or exceed monthly departmental sales goals as established by management
      - Ensure compliance with phone activity standards, including Medicare guidelines and HIPAA regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 1-2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
      - Proficient in using word processing software, Excel, and call center telecommunications software
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center or customer service environment
      - Familiarity with medical supply products and healthcare industry
      - Strong mathematical skills for handling discounts, commissions, and percentages
      - Previous experience in sales or meeting sales goals
