      THE OPPORTUNITY

      The US & International Payroll Specialist will serve as the primary back up for the US & International payrolls, administer payrolls in two international locations, and conduct peer reviews of payrolls to ensure accuracy and compliance. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for maintenance of employee payroll records, supporting process improvements, and assisting with the implementation of new payroll programs and annual filings.

      The Payroll Specialist will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Global Payroll, payroll colleagues, and the Human Capital team to deliver exceptional service and ensure payroll accuracy across multiple jurisdictions.

      RESPONSIBILITES

      · Serve as the primary back up for the US semi-monthly, bi-weekly and quarterly payrolls.

      · Conduct peer review of US and International payrolls to ensure compliance and accuracy.

      · Process accurate and timely monthly payrolls in two international locations, adhering to local laws and regulations.

      · Perform regular pre and post audits in accordance with internal controls to maintain payroll accuracy.

      · Serve as secondary back-up for all other international payrolls.

      · Assist with monitoring payroll mailboxes and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.

      · Provide employees with clear, timely responses via phone, email, or in-person while educating them on payroll procedures and policies.

      · Support the preparation of annual filings and other compliance related tasks.

      · Assist with monthly payroll journal entries and provide guidance to Accounting as needed.

      · Other responsibilities as assigned.

      SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

      · BS degree in Accounting or equivalent payroll-related work experience required.

      · Minimum of 3 years US payroll processing experience. International payroll experience is a plus.

      · Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, processing, and filings.

      · Payroll accounting experience, including GL posting, accruals and reconciliation of payroll and benefit accounts

      · Proficiency in ADP and MS Excel; experience with Workday and Oracle a plus.

      · The ability to work both independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

      · Self-motivated and resourceful, with demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of accuracy.

      · Exceptional attention to details, organizational skills, and customer service orientation.

      · Ability to effectively communicate with all staff types and levels and interact in a service-oriented global environment.
