  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Engage with customers, members, and prospects through voice and digital channels to resolve issues and strengthen relationships
  - Provide knowledgeable and respectful responses without relying on scripts
  - Utilize a needs-based approach to offer solutions, sell memberships, and products
  - Address member concerns with empathy and detail to retain members contemplating non-renewal
  - Collaborate with your team for continuous learning and growth while achieving performance targets
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
  - Prior work history in a customer service or sales role is required; experience with digital communication channels is a plus
  - Must pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training is provided
  - Excellent interpersonal skills with strengths in written and verbal communication
  - Computer fluency with knowledge of software applications and advanced internet functions
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Self-defense knowledge and training, familiarity with firearms is preferred but not necessary
  - Ability to work well in a team environment, both in-office and remotely
