Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

The Senior Application Analyst will guide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling and workflows of providers and patients, including enhancing the support models to achieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing support

Additionally, the Senior Application Analyst performs analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic software

This Senior Application Analyst prepares requirement specifications and provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements

The Analyst will review and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the support contact for the application

This position has responsibility within all phases of the application implementation including design, build, test, installation, and maintenance of the application

The Senior Application Analyst provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care

On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization

Qualifications

Required

• Current Epic Ambulatory Certification, Compass Rose and Healthy Planet certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of recent experience with an implementation
• Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
• Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

• Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
