What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare tax returns including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, and 1118
- Collaborate with business units to gather information for tax reporting and compliance
- Monitor and communicate changes in US and International tax regulations
- Assist with IRS audits and participate in tax planning projects
- Perform tax technical research and draft relevant memos
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in US International tax concepts including Subpart F and GILTI
- Effective writing and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving abilities
- 2+ years of data analytic experience, including tools like Alteryx and Power BI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with direct tax systems, such as Corptax
- CPA certification
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise staff
- Innovative thinking and openness to new ideas
- Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment
