What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide subject matter expertise on U.S. tax law relating to international activities and operations
- Engage in strategic tax planning and partner with the Tax Planning Team
- Model and maintain tax attributes and projection optimization strategies
- Prepare and review complex U.S. international calculations for tax provisions
- Review and respond to inquiries, audits, and proposed adjustments from tax authorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Five (5) years of experience in U.S. international tax
- Solid knowledge of corporate tax matters
- Deep technical knowledge of Internal Revenue Code international provisions
- General understanding of ASC 740 Accounting and Reporting of Income Taxes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Taxation
- CPA Certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of Corptax software
