      ROLE SUMMARY

      Migraine is a common, debilitating neurological disease affecting 40M people in the US. Surprisingly, less than half of the 19.5M people living with Migraine are diagnosed. Less than half of those diagnosed are treated on Rx therapy. Nurtec ODT is the first and only oral CGRP receptor antagonist for the acute and preventive treatment of migraines. Nurtec ODT is poised to be a blockbuster product that has the opportunity to change the paradigm in migraine treatment and potentially establish a new standard of care. But the brand will need to deliver 50% growth in the coming year within a very competitive market to achieve this aspirational goal.

      The Nurtec HCP Director represents a unique opportunity to lead all digital and media strategy for Nurtec ODT to ensure target HCPs are educated about this priority brand to drive significant growth.

      This role reports to the Senior Director: U.S. Nurtec HCP Team Lead

      ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

      The Nurtec HCP Director will have sole accountability for Nurtec’s HCP digital and media strategy. This role will include insight discovery, performance evaluation, strategy, and tactical development for media and digital channels. This role requires strong cross collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills, change agility, and proven track record of success working in a team environment with multiple stakeholders, including the broader migraine team, media team, CMO, brand team, medical team, digital team, RC, agency partners, and other cross functional cohorts.

      • Champion the continued evolution of the Nurtec HCP digital and media strategy into an omnichannel execution, partnering with the Zavzpret media and digital lead to progress an integrated and personalized HCP customer experience
      • Integrate with CMO, BAI, and other analytics colleagues to monitor and measure omnichannel performance for quicker pivots and explore various omnichannel approaches to drive greater HCP engagement and education
      • Lead peer to peer (P2P) strategy for Nurtec. Partner and collaborate with Zavzpret P2P lead where co-br anding efforts are essential, including PR for any DOL/KOL Nurtec communication initiatives
      • Lead access messaging pull through for respective digital and media tactics
      • Lead and mentor others. Support HCP Senior Managers with Nurtec HCP strategy pull through and Adobe integration
      • Hold self and team accountable for deliverables and positive performance while fostering positive culture
      • Tactical Plan lead, key contributor to operating plans and other leadership presentations
      • Lead Nurtec HCP Budget

      BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, or Master's degree and 9+ years of experience, or Ph.D./PharmD and 7+ years of experience required.
      • Demonstrated success executing complex marketing programs
      • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with varied internal stakeholders to improve business performance
      • Demonstrated track record of achievement and of influencing business outcomes across diverse functional boundaries
      • Demonstrated ability to manage advertising and other agencies to produce communications that impact business performance
      • Solid business acumen and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
      • Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; creative.
      • Experience with product positioning and branding is required
      • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively both one-on-one and in groups.
      • Self-motivated and a team player.
      • Demonstrated analytical skills.
      • Ability to effectively lead and influence an indirect team
      • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver results on multiple, complex, competing projects in a deadline-oriented environment
      • Ability to effectively lead a collaborative team environment.
      • Must be driven by success.
      • Must be able to organize multiple projects over time
      • Strong Presentation skills: Experience with presentations to large group using a variety of media
      • Agency or vendor management experience required

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • MBA or other advanced degree highly desirable
      • Previous in-line US Marketing experience preferred
      • Primary Care and Migraine experience preferred, but not required

        The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $248,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
