Primary Responsibilities:

• You will be an integral part of an Outsourced Trading Desk team
• Directly interact with client in investment diligence and day-to-day support of portfolio managers implement and optimize automated trading solutions for clients
• Build and automate investment related tasks for senior staff
• Work to integrate new technology with existing systems
• Monitor daily industry and company-specific news flow, summarizing key takeaways for distribution to investment teams
• Communicate clearly and concisely with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and Executing brokers

Required Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic record
• 3-6 years equity trading experience with extensive knowledge of algo suite strategies/parameters
• Strong preference for individuals with sell side low touch / electronic trading experience.
• Familiarity with transaction cost analysis is preferred
• Highly motivated, confident and passion for markets
• Lives in New York area or willing to relocate
• Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work with a team and independently to meet strict deadlines

Preferred Background:

• Programming experience in Python, R, Java or other comparable language preferred
• Series 7, 63, 57 preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $175,000 - $250,000.
