  Job Summary:
  

  Role : US Payroll Expert

  Experience: 3 year to 6 years

  Job Location: Mumbai

  Requirement:

  Any Full time Non-Technical Graduate with 3 year to 5 years of work experience

  
  Responsibilities:

  • 3 to 5 years of Experience in US payroll, Benefits,Year End Activities, Payroll UAT’s and deriving Various reports from SAP.

  • Excellent listener and empathetic communicator (oral & written)

  • Should have experience in using ServiceNOW as Workflow Tool.

  • Good understanding of SAP – HR Module for US Region,

  • Basic understanding of MIS.

  • Good understanding of Quality Methodology and tools

  • Should have good Excel and Analytical skills.

  Should have excellent Client and Stakeholder Management skills

  Eligibility:

  1. Candidates from any graduation stream with 9 months to 5 years of relevant work experience. Full Time Graduation. (B.E, B.sc-IT, B.Tech and MCA are not allowed).
  2. Should have good communication skills
  3. Candidates with gaps in education or employment of more than 2 years are requested not to apply.
  4. Minimum 15yrs of full time education is must (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)
  5. Graduates through Open Universities/ Correspondence are requested not to apply.
  6. Candidates should be willing to work in Night/ Rotational Shifts
  7. Candidates must have cleared their Supplementary or ATKT exams of 1st year or 2nd year before appearing for the interview.
  8. Should NOT have attended TCS interview in the past 6 months.

  · Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.
