Work Location: Atlanta / Alpharetta, GA / Charlotte, NC / Houston, TX
(Hybrid Role - On Site 3 to 4 days per week)
Your essential responsibilities will include:
• Previous experience recruiting in a high volume environment
• Detail-oriented, time management and organizational skills are critical, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• The ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles, to establish effective relationships. Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and credibility. Polished and professional demeanor and communication style, both oral and written, as this role is an extension of our Global Talent Acquisition team.
• Previous experience with lateral or professional recruiting within a large, complex organization; financial services preferred but not required
• Excellent project and time management skills, with capacity to manage high requisition volumes appropriately
• Strategic and innovative sourcing capabilities, with a willingness to consider ‘unusual suspects’ and commitment to tapping into diverse talent pools to build the best slates
• Strong process orientation and attention to detail
• High emotional intelligence, with listening and communication skills needed to build rapport and develop effective advisory relationships at multiple levels of the organization; warm and professional demeanor as a brand ambassador in the talent market.
• Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability for candidate and client experience combined with a focus on maintaining search momentum and driving results
• Intellectual curiosity, agility, and solutions mindset
• Collaborative team player, able to partner well with other recruiters and coordinators to share best practices and contribute to a strong, collegial TA cultureAbout the company
