What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and manage execution of Positive Agriculture plans in the U.S., focusing on regenerative agriculture and sustainable sourcing
- Lead relationship and project management for key implementers to ensure successful delivery of agriculture initiatives
- Collaborate with partners to implement climate-smart agricultural programs and track supplier engagement
- Drive data collection and analysis for monitoring, reporting, and learning purposes
- Develop strategic partnerships and identify collaboration opportunities with various stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in an agricultural-related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, International Development, Business Management, or similar
- Experience with row crop systems such as corn, soy, and wheat
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities
- Strong skills in data analysis and communicating insights
- Experience in implementing sustainability practices in agriculture
