      R1 RCM is aiming to create a frictionless Patient Experience. Entri is a unique portfolio of solutions that include technology and services that streamline the scheduling, intake, and patient payment process. We deliver these solutions to our enterprise clients, where R1 operates the client’s entire revenue cycle, and to other clients that utilize point solutions. We are achieving strong patient adoption at our clients with a Net Promoter Score of 70+ and have saved thousands of manual hours of work.

      We are looking for a VP Product, Patient Experience focusing on our Entri Book & Arrive product portfolio to continue to drive incremental adoption, growth, and impact. We believe there is a tremendous amount of incremental value we can drive for our clients, patients, and our services staff in the space.

      Responsibilities:

      • Define and own the product strategy specifically for Entri Book & Arrive
      • Own the Book & Arrive product roadmap and drive its execution in collaboration with engineering
      • Engage directly with senior executive clients and R1 operations to support commercialization, adoption, and solicit feedback
      • Prepare executive presentations for R1 Executive Leadership team and Board on product strategy, roadmap, implementations, and client impact
      • Drive adoption at existing and new clients to achieve increased patient satisfaction and reduced operating costs to operate the front end of the revenue cycle
      • Collaborate with our deployment and operations team on product roadmap and to ensure high impact implementations
      • Collaborate with EntriPay and other product portfolios to develop innovative, integrated solutions to complex problems by collaborating as needed across product areas
      • Manage the Book & Arrive product development budget in collaboration with Technology
      • Build a high-performing, inspired, and aligned team
      • Work on efforts to drive an inclusive and diverse culture and continue to strengthen our talent pipeline

      To be successful in this role, the candidate will:

      • Have extensive experience in and passion for the healthcare technology and Patient Access space
      • Have strong executive presence and associated written and verbal communication skills
      • Care deeply about teams, users, patients, clients, and impact
      • Be energized to tackle big challenges with curiosity
      • Be able to identify and balance short-term versus long-term priorities
      • Build strong, trust based relationships across functions, clients, and within the team

      Required Qualifications:

      • 10+ years in the healthcare technology space
      • 3+ years leading high performing product organizations, preferably at a technology company or technology-enabled service
      • Experience leading and launching technology solutions that require significant business process change
      • Deep understanding of Patient Access components of the revenue cycle within hospitals and physician care settings
      • Familiarity with major technologies in the space, including EHRs and the competitive landscape
      • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and market insights to drive strategic decision-making.
      • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
      • Visionary mindset and ability to think creatively, identifying innovative solutions to complex challenges.
      • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
