Digital Strategy & Insights:
Analyze large datasets to inform and improve Walmart’s digital media strategy. Participate in product development planning.Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and assess small to medium digital campaigns. Ensure alignment with brand goals and optimize based on performance metrics like ROI, conversions, and engagement.Process & Budget Oversight:
Ensure adherence to digital marketing processes and manage campaign budgets, providing updates to leadership.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with internal teams (e.g., eCommerce, Product, Engineering) and external partners to execute campaigns.Social Media:
Review and manage daily content, drive engagement, and maintain brand consistency.Paid Search:
Optimize campaign strategies, keywords, and budget allocation to improve efficiency.Performance Social & Display:
Evaluate ad performance, identify optimization opportunities, and manage retargeting strategies.Affiliate & Partnerships:
Analyze performance, support execution, and manage partner relationships and revenue models.CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
Develop and execute targeted campaigns, analyze customer segments, and track performance.Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years’ experience in media planning and strategy
Experience working with self-serve platforms like META Business Manager and working with Managed Service Partners
Some experience working in recruitment marketing since a portion of this role will be focused on Driver Acquisition for the Spark Driver platform

What you'll do...
Overview:
The Manager, Digital Media role focuses on developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to enhance Walmart’s brand presence and drive performance. It involves campaign management, data analysis, creative planning, collaboration, and team development.Specifically for this role, you will manage paid search, paid social, and digital display campaigns to meet Spark Driver’s business goals. This role will be responsible for managing our Spark Driver acquisition program, with weekly driver targets that need to be met across target markets. This role will also help with other paid media campaigns across Walmart. The role will be strategy-focused, but you should also be able to make data-driven recommendations in support of business objectives, identify growth opportunities, and have experience in data analysis, performance reporting, and budget management. You will report to a Senior Manager, Digital Media.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
