Position Summary...
The Transactions Product Team within Walmart Ecommerce is responsible for a critical segment of the lower-funnel experience—from the moment a customer adds an item to their cart through checkout and order placement. We are directly accountable for improving transaction conversion and focus relentlessly on delivering seamless, trustworthy, and high-performing experiences that turn intent into successful orders. Operating at massive scale, we support millions of customer orders every single day—making reliability, speed, and optimization essential. Through rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and platform innovation, we drive measurable improvements while building foundational capabilities that power Walmart’s digital and omnichannel ecosystem—including Marketplace, Walmart+ Membership, Subscriptions, Ads, Financial Services, Pharmacy delivery, Last mile Delivery, Fraud & Risk, Identity, Payments Platform, Financial Services, and more.
As a Principal Product Manager on this team, you will own a key area within that journey and play a pivotal role in shaping its future. You’ll build deep domain, business, and technical expertise to define product strategy and lead execution in partnership with cross-functional teams—including product managers, business operations, engineering, design, and data science. Your work will directly contribute to improving conversion and delivering frictionless customer experiences at unprecedented scale.
