- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Walmart’s recommerce systems and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and sustainability objectives
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from discovery and design through to implementation, launch, and post-launch optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, data science, sustainability, and operations to deliver scalable, innovative recommerce tools and platforms
- Leverage data analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for product improvements, drive efficiency, and enhance the customer experience in the resale, refurbishment, and recycling of goods
- Conduct market research and stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure Walmart remains a leader in recommerce
- Extensive experience in the Recommerce and Refurbishment space; successful introduction of AI-driven platforms a huge plus
- Exposure to platforms used in grading products and creation of item files, enabling the online selling of refurbished items
- Expertise in data and insights platforms
- Willingness to mentor a team of product managers, creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
- Ability to identify new opportunities to innovate and improve Walmart’s supply chain, using emerging technologies and processes

As the Principal Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of Walmart’s efforts to build an efficient recommerce platform that drives value for the business while advancing our commitment to environmental sustainability. This role will focus on creating innovative, tech-driven solutions that optimize the reverse logistics process and enhance our ability to manage returned, refurbished, and resold products.
This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We are not considering remote applicants, but a full relocation package is available for candidates not local Northwest Arkansas area.What you'll do...

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
