  • Consult with senior leadership and business partners to understand overall goals, decipher key business challenges, and develop actionable recommendations and solutions
  • Contribute to business area strategic planning by providing input based on advanced research and analytical findings
  • Own complex projects end-to-end for a business area, category, or prototype, managing risk associated with implementation
  • Develop data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects to drive business results and value, collaborating with project teams for implementation
  • Manage the development and implementation of prototypes and production-ready complex algorithms for complex projects, including testing, validation, and evaluation of new data analysis techniques
  • Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems, making strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results
  • Collaborate with functional leadership and cross-functional teams to develop consultative solutions for complex projects and partner with external business partners and vendors
