Oversee Supply Chain new asset projects, including real estate site selection, deal negotiation, transaction management, and closing
Manage relationships with developers, landlords, business partners, and third parties to secure optimal terms
Analyze market trends, financial data, and legal requirements to inform strategic decisions
Present recommendations and results to senior leadership and officer-level committees
Lead property management initiatives
Strong experience in industrial real estate deal making, site selection, property management, and portfolio optimization
Proven analytical skills with a track record of data-driven, strategic recommendations
Ability to navigate complex transactions with multiple stakeholders
Expertise in budgeting, capital expenditures, and compliance with legal/regulatory standards
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
