      VIZIO's Information Technology team is seeking a Senior Specialist Technician to join their growing team. The successful candidate will work with cutting-edge technology that facilitates productivity, security, and collaboration at VIZIO. The Senior Specialist Technician will report to the Supervisor, Deskside Services, providing hands-on support to employees locally and remotely across the company.

      What you'll do...

      • Support onboarding of employees during weekly New Hire Orientation and collaborate with other SSTs for rotational weekend support.
      • Communicate via Email, MS Teams, and Slack; provision PC, Mac, and Linux hardware for new employees.
      • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to local and company-wide users through Email, Chat, or Phone, adhering to SLAs, policies, and SOPs.
      • Assist Infrastructure and Client Services teams with testing and deploying new hardware, software, and OS.
      • Support Video Conferencing Systems and work with senior team members and leadership to optimize hardware productivity.
      • Manage inventory and stock levels for IT assets at your local office.
      • Coordinate with the office manager on building access and maintenance of IT equipment.
      • Occasional travel to other U.S. offices may be required; other tasks may be assigned by team leadership.

      What You'll Bring:

      • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced understanding of supported Windows and macOS versions with over a year of support experience.
      • At least one year of related work experience.
      • Self-starter in fast-paced environments; team player with a 'no task is too small' mindset.
      • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users and collaborate with developers for solutions and root cause analysis.
      • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira and ServiceNow, and Office 365 Admin Center.
      • Basic knowledge of Command Prompt, PowerShell, Terminal; solid foundation in Windows and macOS imaging.
      • Knowledge of self-service software installation tools like Company Portal and ManageEngine; understanding of Active Directory tools.

      The hourly wage range for this position is $30.00-$59.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
