What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and resolve a large volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Communicate effectively with users, adapting to various accents and communication styles
- Provide accurate information and resolutions for user queries regarding products and services
- Send proactive follow-up emails to users, ensuring clear communication and status updates
- Document user interactions and provide feedback to improve processes and user experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in call support, particularly with international clients
- Background in sports, health, fitness, or related areas
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong command of English with the ability to understand various regional accents
- Comfortable using CRM tools, payment gateway tools, and call support systems

- Experience in a user-facing role with a strong focus on customer empathy
- Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues related to health and fitness devices
