Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve using User Experience Research Tools and Techniques to design and develop user-centric interfaces and experiences. Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to understand user needs, goals, and behaviors. - Design and develop user-centric interfaces and experiences using User Experience Research Tools and Techniques. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to ensure a seamless user experience. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design concepts and solutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in User Experience (UX) Design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with User Experience Research Tools and Techniques. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) Design principles. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with usability testing and user feedback analysis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user-centered solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
