Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve working on User Experience (UX) Design and User Interface Development using your expertise in Design Experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Analyze user needs and create user personas to design user-centric interfaces. - Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to ensure a seamless user experience. - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UX design and user interface development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: User Interface Development. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies. - Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Design Experience, User Experience Design, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user-centered design solutions. - This position is based at our Client Office - Mumbai.
