- Participate in conducting and analyzing customer feedback to understand user behavior and ensure design ideas are based on customer needs
- Create personas, storyboards and concept designs to translate feedback and influence deliverables
- Collaborate within and across teams to solve design challenges and maintain design consistency and coherence across all client digital products
- Promote rapid iteration and an agile environment to successfully execute large-scale projects with shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Contribute to the development of digital product roadmaps
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience maintaining high quality creative, strong attention to detail, operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Work experience in advertising or marketing, focused on multi-channel design
- 4 or more years of experience designing applications, experiences, websites, products, and services
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and similar design tools
- Proficiency in Word Press

As a User Experience Designer at Wegmans, you will use your analytical and creative skills to grasp user needs and solve problems to design the user-experience of our digital applications and marketing. You will collaborate across our organization with product managers, engineers and other teams to develop exceptional experiences for our customer-facing website and our digital apps.
