JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead the transformation of healthcare as the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Midland/Odessa, Lubbock, Amarillo, Nacogdoches, and Harlingen, TX. This influential position offers a unique chance to drive growth, forge innovative partnerships, and shape the direction of multiple centers. You will oversee operations, financial management, and strategic partnerships while creating a culture of safety delivering exceptional patient care.
As the RVP, you will play a key role in driving case volume growth and EBITDA, while actively recruiting top surgeons and strengthening relationships with existing physician partners. Your leadership will propel expansion efforts, fostering a high-performing culture and ensuring minimal employee turnover. In this role, you’ll also champion operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and implement strategies that drive long-term success all centers.
Location: Can be based out of Austin or San Antonio, Texas.
