Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications and with accuracy and efficiency
Inspect job sites of each installation crew and correct as needed. Accountable to technician assessments of potential solar installation sites to determine feasibility and design requirements
Accompany crews on job sites to ensure quality and improve techniques
Communicate and coordinate with sales manager on a regular basis
Serve as a point of contact for customers/clients during each installation
Coordinate with corporate departments on a daily basis, provide accurate installation forecasts and branch performance reporting
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and minimize risk
Coordinate of permitting for installations
Provide progress reports and other statuses updates to management team
Ensure the safety of the staff by holding weekly trainings/meetings
Perform additional duties as assigned and/or directed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
Must be organized and self-driven
Good at problem solving and implementing ideas while maintaining a positive attitude
Leadership and attention to detail
Ability to multitask
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of solar energy experience
Experience with a customer relationship management system (CRM)
Prolonged periods of standing
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. at a time
