Utility WorkerTransdev in San Jose, CA is hiring a Utility Worker. The Utility Worker isrequired to perform basic vehicle servicing duties. We are looking for customer service-oriented professionals whoare dedicated to safety.Transdev is proud to offer:CBA Position:Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:+ $22.33/hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)Benefits include:+ + Vacation:* 1 week ( 40 hours) paid vacation after 1 full year of service* 2 weeks (80 hours) paid vacation after 2 full years of service* 3 weeks (120 hours) paid vacation after 5 full years of service* 4 weeks (160 hours) paid vacation after 20 full years of service+ Paid Sick Leave: 5 days accrued per year of employment+ Medical, dental, and vision benefits available following 60 days of employment, life insurance, 401k, and 10 paid company holidays.+ All Benefits are subject to Union Collective Bargaining AgreementKey Responsibilities:+ Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior+ Driving, maneuvering, and parking vehicles+ Fueling buses, replenishing fluids, and logging and recording all fluids+ Downloading drive cameras & probes fare boxes+ Perform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities.+ Report maintenance issues to supervisor+ Other duties as required.Qualifications:+ High School Diploma or equivalent+ Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years+ Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.+ Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
