- Perform facility maintenance and general repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized equipment yard for fast machine location
- Perform landscaping and basic property upkeep
- Log equipment movement and scan new and used machines upon arrival
- Assist with material handling and operate forklifts or heavy equipment as needed
- Run local errands and support other team needs
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in material handling, load movement, or yard operations
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience operating forklifts and/or heavy equipment preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
