  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Utilize clinical skills to coordinate, document, and communicate all aspects of the utilization/benefit management program
  - Assess appropriateness of treatment plans and apply evidence-based standards and practice guidelines
  - Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate options to facilitate appropriate healthcare services for members
  - Provide triage and crisis support, ensuring effective discharge planning
  - Consult and lend expertise to internal and external constituents in the administration of utilization/benefit management
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Kentucky Licensed Independent Behavioral Health Clinician (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPAT) or Active unrestricted Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license with psychiatric specialty or behavioral health experience
  - Minimum of 3 years clinical practice experience in a behavioral health setting
  - At least 1 year of Electronic Medical Record documentation experience
  - Dedicated high-speed internet access
  - Master's degree with a Behavioral Health Clinical License or a Diploma RN/Associate's degree in Nursing
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Residency in Kentucky or bordering counties
  - Experience working with Substance Use Disorder diagnoses
  - Managed care/utilization review experience
  - Medicaid experience
  - Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
