      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct utilization reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and payer requirements
      - Liaise with third-party payers, managed care companies, and billing company for authorization and communication
      - Complete utilization reviews for various levels of care
      - Communicate denials or potential denials with the treatment team for discharge planning
      - Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives related to documentation and payer initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - 3+ years' experience in a healthcare setting
      - Must pass State of Florida criminal background and driving record checks
      - Knowledge of managed care, pre-certification, concurrent reviews, medical/psychiatric diagnoses, medications, and insurance payment practices
      - Active participation in facility treatment team meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
