      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform clerical and administrative duties in the utilization management division
      - Answer and route all incoming phone calls while providing accurate information regarding the pre-certification process
      - Review service requests and manage them efficiently, involving the appropriate departments as needed
      - Conduct data entry and maintain complete documentation of case information, including compiling monthly reports
      - Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in customer service and/or a medical background
      - Prior insurance and/or claims background
      - Experience in a medical front office, hospital patient intake, or medical claims processing
      - Associate degree preferred in business, management, or a related field
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage high volumes of customer service calls

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Accurate data entry skills (minimum 40 wpm)
      - Knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
