What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct Utilization Review and ICD-10 Coding activities
- Review OASIS assessment documents and provide feedback for improvement
- Develop and implement best practices for documentation and coding
- Prepare and provide reporting on ICD-10 coding and OASIS reviews
- Educate branch and regional staff in documentation practices and care protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Current ICD-10 Home Health coding certification
- Current OASIS Home Health certification
- Five years of professional experience in Home Health and/or Hospice
- Excellent understanding of OASIS and ICD-10 coding practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Word
- Experience in a similar role in a healthcare-related service
- Strong knowledge of Home Health and/or Hospice regulations
