      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform precertification reviews for New Jersey auto accident PIP medical treatment referrals
      - Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to authorize appropriate treatment
      - Escalate treatment requests for review when necessary
      - Ensure compliance with insurer DPR plans and Care Paths
      - Maintain a clear Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or Nurse Licensure Compact state

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum Education: Associates degree
      - 2-3 years of Utilization experience
      - New Jersey Decision Point Review (NJ DPR) experience preferred
      - Clear Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or Nurse Licensure Compact state
      - Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in New Jersey Decision Point Review (NJ DPR)
      - Additional certifications in related fields
