Department Overview:
UW Athletics - Guest Services staff provide excellent customer service and assistance to over 1.6 million guests who attend games and events in our facilities annually. Anticipated Start Date:

This position requires on site work. Remote work is not an option. Anticipated Hours Per Week:
Approximately 10-12 hours per week depending on student availability as well as our event schedule. Hours per week could be up to 25. Schedule:
Varies. Mainly evenings and weekends. Home football games are required. Flexible scheduling for all other events. Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:
$14.00 starting hourly rate. Rate increases with longevity and promotion within the department. Number of Positions:

Current college student or will be enrolled in college for the Fall 2023 semester. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
The primary duties of Guest Services staff include staffing the seating entrances, answering questions, assisting with guest issues, assisting ADA guests, and providing exceptional customer service to our fans.
Guest Services staff work many of the events held within our athletic facilities including football, volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s hockey, WIAA state tournaments, concerts, UW Commencements, and other athletic department hosted events. There are additional opportunities to work as an athletic department facility tour guide.
