      Department Overview:

      UW Athletics Guest Services staff members provide exceptional customer service and assistance to more than 1.6 million guests who attend Badger games and visit our facilities annually.

      Schedule:

      Mainly evenings and weekends. Football is required, flexible scheduling for all other events. The work schedule will vary based on our event schedule and student availability.

      $14.00

      Qualifications:

      Currently enrolled university student or will be enrolled at a college/university in the Fall.

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

      Able to provide excellent customer service to our guests.

      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      Guest services staff work many of the events held within our athletic facilities including football, volleyball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's hockey, WIAA state tournaments, concerts, UW Commencements, and other athletic department hosted events.

      Physical Demands:

      Standing for 4-5 hours during of your shift. Able to work outside in Wisconsin weather during football shifts.
