  Position Summary

  General Description
  
  Samsung Design Delhi is looking for a potential candidate who has an expertise in driving the UX Research & Strategy role. We are looking for people who have 2+ years of experience in formulating, conducting & synthesizing primary & secondary user experience research with the best practiced tools, frameworks & protocols, contextual to the scope of work. A candidate that can leverage the insights generated from the core research & draw strategical narratives & presentations through new & enhanced opportunities for Samsung & its digital experiences. The core tasks will also include the transition of insights to high fidelity UX design concepts & directions: Derive UX (User Experience) insights, concepts and solutions for forming a meaningful relationship between users and product/ services to offer the best user valued experience aligned to the Samsung roadmap. Design IA (Information Architecture) and Workflow of products and services

  Role and Responsibilities

  Necessary Skills / Attributes
  
  [Research & Analysis]
  Planning & development of research protocols and implementation, analysis methodology and tools related to each project brief. Consideration of market drivers, industry lead trends & forecast in the digital experience domains that can impact the research directly.
  
  [UX concept design]
  Define and work on UX (User Experience) core principles and concepts for UI (User Interface) design using derived insights and analysis that provides meaningful values to target users and the brand.
  
  [Commercialization design]
  Manage and oversee to ensure that commercialize output IA (Information Architecture), workflow, and layout are materialized within the given timeline. Carry out detailed scenarios for the UX core principles and concept. [Validation] Perform self-validation such as RP (Rapid Prototyping) or external validation, and incorporate the validation outcome to the final output for improvement.
  
  [Design Strategy & Presentation]
  Create design strategies & impactful presentations to share the consumable insights & opportunities to the stakeholders across Samsung.

  Skills and Qualifications

  • Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues

  • Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures

  • Normally receives detailed instructions on all work

  • Typical entry point for university graduates
