  PayPal, Inc. seeks UX Designer 3 in Los Angeles, CA
  
  Job Duties: Partner with design, engineering, design systems and product management team members in the execution and delivery of Pay Pal’s products and services, using a customer-focused, iterative user experience design process. Contribute to the project planning and work estimation and participate in broader workstream coordination and expectation setting. Creates high-quality deliverables and executes based on product design goals and priorities, always keeping in mind the customer lens. Contributes to the adaptation of Pay Pal product design tools, methodology and software, and proposes new solutions or optimizes existing ones. Collaborates with user researchers to understand the market demands and customer needs, contributes to innovative vision projects, and rapidly produce multiple graphic design concepts and prototypes. Drives product design team delivery excellence, furthering influence to achieve product design goals. Lead one or more individuals in experience and design initiatives. Create product designs. Review graphic designs for errors before product release. Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations. Telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.

  Job Description:

  Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Psychology, Language, Industrial design, or closely related plus 9 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

  Additional Job Description:

  Base Salary: $ 100,000 - $176,000 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
