Job Description

- Collaborate independently with internal business units to define and prototype new concepts for internal tools.
- Review and refine requirements from business owners, ensuring internal tools align with company needs.
- Design and validate wireframes for new features within our internal digital tools.
- Work autonomously and effectively with design teams and business analysts.
- Develop content for presentations, highlighting UX improvements in internal tools.
- Lead mid and long-term projects focused on internal system design.
- Independently schedule and present user research reports or concepts.
- Conduct user research, specifically targeting internal tools, and apply findings for improvements.
- Stay updated on usability trends, especially in internal corporate environments.
- Maintain the UX research library, toolkit, and Design System.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in UX research and design, preferably on internal or enterprise-level tools.
- Experience in Agile methodology and working in large corporate environments, particularly in telecommunications.
- Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
- Experienced in working with Design Systems.
- Strong ability to conduct comprehensive user research and translate findings into actionable UX improvements.
- Strong ability to implement user centric design into wireframe and pixel perfect prototype.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially for internal systems.
- Excellent coordination, planning, and adaptability.
- Effective communication with diverse internal teams.
- Self-motivated with a capacity for independent learning of complex technologies.
- Flexibility in managing varied tasks and challenges.
- Production-focused with a strong commitment to enhancing internal user experience and deliver best in class user experience.
- Autonomous work style with a drive for project completion.
- Proficiency in English and either French or Dutch (both written and speaking).
