      Position

      Neora is looking for a passionate UX Designer with experience in both visual and interaction design to join our digital marketing team. Ideal candidates should have the desire and ability to take ownership of both new and existing designs and improve on them by creating visually engaging, innovative and functional mobile and web experiences while maintaining a cohesive design across our digital experiences. This role requires a customer first mindset, strategic focus on user behavior and customer experience strategies, while demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.

      Primary Responsibilities

      • Create prototypes and wireframes that detail UI flows and micro interactions.
      • Create cohesive visual and interactive designs utilizing brand guidelines and creative assets that support the goals of a project.
      • Maintain knowledge on user journeys and customer experience throughout our digital experiences.
      • Gather design and functional requirements as they relate to the design experience.
      • Collaborating to create and implement a strong UX design vision for our experiences.
      • Developing a deep understanding of our various user types and personas.
      • Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
      • Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes copywriting, design, development and product managers in order to create simple, easy-to-use experiences.
      • Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
      • Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field.
      • Interpreting storyboards to tell visual stories that support learning.
      • Collaborate with IT and other departments to prepare work and user stories for development as it relates to specific design needs to support a cohesive brand across our digital experiences.

      Required Qualifications

      • A strong UX design portfolio with an emphasis on visual design and interactions.
      • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in UX design, or similar role creating designs for digital mediums.
      • Strong customer experience mindset and background.
      • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe xD, Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, etc
      • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with rapid iteration and innovative ideation.
      • Strong organizational and communication skills.
