UX Designer

Position Summary

A UX (User Experience) Designer develops and implements the website experience prioritizing user satisfaction and ease of interaction. The UX Designer will work within the Marketing Department and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the end product aligns with business goals. Their primary responsibility is to oversee the credit union's website, encompassing all facets of its management, including website management, SEO and PPC optimization, all while ensuring alignment with brand and product guidelines.

Qualifications/Experience

• At least four years of related experience in website user experience.
• Experience working with and managing branding agencies or consultants.
• Knowledge of credit union and/or financial industry products and services.
• Understanding of sales and promotion techniques.
• Familiarity with online production and publishing techniques.
• Familiarity with local vendors used to produce marketing collateral in various forms or media.
• Graphic design and layout skills.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with HTML and CMS.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Able to operate computer applications.
• Excellent public speaking/presentation skills.
